There was one minor thing wrong with the traverse I chose and they had it in the shop that very day to see what was wrong! I would def go back!!

Ryan Koetje was very respectful and made sure to make eye contact when talking and that's a huge deal for me. He explained everything in detail. If he didn't know something he was fast to find out. Very patient. If it wasn't for covid and the 6ft distance I definitely would have shook his hand. Would recommend Ryan to anybody.

I worked with Aaron today and let me tell you, if you are in need of a vehicle, you will be in VERY good hands with Aaron. I’ve never seen such amazing, fulfilling, customer service in my life. I went in super unorganized, clustered, scatter brained, and expecting things to just not work out at all and he absolutely flipped it around and made everything okay and everything work for me. So much reassurance, helped me get organized with EVERYTHING from vehicle to picking insurance, he really did it all. Not to mention the immense stress and trouble it probably was to actually deal with. Hours of getting it together and making sure I had the proper knowledge of everything I was doing. (I’m a young girl) that had nobody there with me that could check out the vehicle or explain how the process works. You can definitely tell he is passionate about what he does and he cares deeply about his customers. Above and beyond, he should definitely be recognized. Words can’t explain the feeling of going into something a complete mess and leaving so unbelievably happy. Needless to say, I am one satisfied customer.
